Dear guests,
we would like to introduce you to our holiday-flat and its environments.
Bessenbach lies between
Aschaffenburg and Mespelbrunn in the beautiful Spessart-landscape.
You can reach us easily. The exit Bessenbach / Waldaschaff of freeway A3 Frankfurt / Würzburg is only 2 km away. But you
won´t hear the freeway as it is behind a hill.
In Bessenbach you´ll have the following facilities : post-office, banks, physicians, dentists, drug-store, hairdressers, photo-shop,
bakeries, butcher`s shops, restaurants, a supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance.
Via freeway you can reach Aschaffenburg within 10 minutes .
In our detached house the holiday-flat is on the ground floor.
You can park your car on a parking space next to the house.
There are beautiful forests next to us and there is no neighbourhood in the south and the west next to our house. You can let your
gaze wander over the meadows, the fruit trees and the forest. The surroundings invite you to stroll through the open fields or to walk on paved paths in the near Spessart forest.
The holiday-flat
The flat has 95m², 4 rooms an
a separate entrance via the garden terrace. All rooms have wall to wall carpeting except the kitchen and the small bed room. The flat has central heating and warm water. The central heating is
regulated automatically and there is no extra charge for it.
In the large living room you can find 2 sofas with a coffee table, a sideboard an a radio. If you like you can also have a SAT-TV and a telephone with your own phone number.
The kitchen has a large table, 6 chairs, stove, refrigerator, freezer, sink, kitchen furniture, coffee-maker, bread-slicer, kitchenware and dishes.
There are two large bed rooms.
Each with two beds (100/200 cm), bedside-tables and wardrobe. If required you can have one more bed (90/200 cm) or one of the two cribs (70/140 cm) for each bed room.
In the small bed room there is also a bed (90/200 cm ), a small wardrobe and a bedside table.
In the large bathroom there are two wash-basins with mirrors, shower, bathtub. If required you can have a bathtub for babies and a baby´s changing table. There is also a washing machine, clotheshorse, clothes pegs, iron and an ironing board.
There is an extra toilet.
Via the French window you enter the roofed terrace that is sheltered from the wind. For the adjoining garden you can have chairs, tables and a sunshade. You can also play table tennis and there is sand and toys for the children.
We allow pets. But you need to bring a blanket or something else with you, where your pet stays to sleep.
The price for our holiday flat is according to the length of your stay, to the number of persons and the pets you bring with you.
Please ask (via EMAIL or FAX) for the individual price by specifying:
- the requested period of stay
- the number of persons
- the requested number of sleeping rooms
- whether you bring pets with you
You get the first set of bedlinen for free and if you don´t want to bring your own bath and kitchen towels with you, you can have
this for a small charge.
We apologize that during the holiday period the arrival and departure is only possible on Saturdays.
